With financial support from Silence Softly Speaks, coordination from Sarkegad Rural Municipality, and implementation by Women Welfare Service, Humla, a two-day children’s literature training focused on children’s story writing was conducted at Himjyoti Secondary School in Sarkegad under the Women and Child Protection Project.
The training included 36 participants in total: 32 students from grades 8 to 10 and 4 teachers. Among the participants, 20 were female and 16 were male. The training was facilitated by Kali Bahadur Shahi, also known as K.P. Simple.
